Requests for permissions

Please make sure the bot stops removing the {{Requests for permissions}} at the top of the PERM pages. I keep having to readd them. Rcsprinter (rap) 11:23, 16 June 2012 (UTC)

A while ago that template was constantly getting added and removed from the various RfPerm page by different people, and sometimes it would be at the top of the page, other times the bottom, or sometimes no where. So I kept having to recode the bot to deal with it. Anyway, the result of that was the bot ended up with code to just remove the template.
