America's Next Top Model cycles section

[edit]

Please do not revert the section. I had modified it based on regards and exclusion on following pages: Survivor (U.S. TV series) and Big Brother (U.S.). That is does not to give the right and I followed on other American reality show articles. Do not edit war and leave it. ApprenticeFan work 01:26, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for contributing the new article Molly OʼConnell. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable by being clearly attributed to reliable sources. Please help by adding sources to the article you created and by making it clear how the sources support the material. See here for how to do inline referencing. Many thanks! PS If you need any help, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Please do not remove the {{copyvio}} template from articles, as you did with America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17. Your action has been reverted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted, and removing copyright notices will not help your case. You can properly contest the deletion at Wikipedia:Copyright problems. If you are the owner of the material, you may release the material under the Creative Commons and GFDL licenses, as detailed at WP:IOWN. Alternatively, you are welcome to create a draft in your own words at America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17/Temp. If you continue to insert copyright violations and/or remove copyright notices, you may be blocked from editing. Mtking (edits) 08:24, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted, as you did at America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Moonriddengirl (talk) 19:42, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You cannot remove copyright templates from articles, and you cannot restore content that has been removed for copyright problems from articles. Please review Wikipedia:Copy-paste and be careful in future to respect those policies. The Wikipedia community takes copyright very seriously. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 19:44, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me, but I do not upload photos America's Next Top Model cycle 17 at some reason I blocked?? I even edit your personal home page can not. KIRILL95 (talk) 07:30, 25 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You twice edited America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17 to remove the copyvio notice, restoring text that was under investigation for copyvio. I can't provide difs as they have been WP:DELREV'ed. Mtking (edits) 10:05, 25 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, the second time you did not remove the copyvio notice, you put back some of the text that had been removed. Evidently, the issue here is that you do not understand that our copyright policies are not limited to restricting the use of copyrighted photographs. If you'll read the first warning you received, you will note that it mentions text as well. We cannot copy text from other websites unless we can prove that they are public domain or compatibly licensed. Most of them are not. (See Wikipedia:Copy-paste. When content has been removed as a copyright violation, you may not put it back. You were cautioned just hours before you put the removed content back that "If you continue to insert copyright violations and/or remove copyright notices, you may be blocked from editing". This temporary block is to make sure that you familiarize yourself with our copyright policies. It is important that you familiarize yourself with these and follow them. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:14, 25 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please can you find sources for your edits to America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17 as most of the article is unsourced, and needs reliable sources. As I have said on the talk page unsourced sections will be removed. Mtking (edits) 21:01, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add the call-out order there. Mtking discussed on the article's talk page. ApprenticeFan work 14:14, 10 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Do not re-add the call out list untill you can source it to reliable sources; WP:OTHERCRAPEXISTS is not a reason to re-add. Mtking (edits) 10:05, 12 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry but a fan forum is not a WP:RS, we can not be sure that the source of the post was not the possible incorrect WP page to start with. Before posting it again, please obtain consensus on the Talk page that source you are proposing is indeed a reliable one. Mtking (edits) 20:48, 12 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Still unsourced - please remove. Mtking (edits) 19:33, 14 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Angelea @ America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17 call out list

[edit]

Please stop re adding this, there is consensus that it is wrong, see the talk page discussion. Mtking (edits) 19:37, 10 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

STOP this disruptive editing. Please read the talk page you will see she took no part in the call out so can not be listed in the call out table. Mtking (edits) 19:42, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Are you being deliberately disruptive over Angelea ? If you think she should be included make your case to Talk:America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17, however you need to show with the use of reliable Sources that she was involved in either the judging or call out as transmitted. This is your last warning. The next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory or otherwise controversial content into an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at America's Next Top Model, Cycle 17, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. America's Next Top Model, Cycle 13

[edit]

Since you asked for a source, for Amber and her status you will be pleased to know that I have now had chance to view the both eps 1 and 2 of America's Next Top Model, Cycle 13 and it is clear that Amber was replaced at the start of eps 2, Jay Mauuel said "due to personal issues Amber would not be continuing on in the competition" at no time was it said she quit and eps 1 made no mention to this at all. Hi. When you recently edited List of America's Next Top Model contestants, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Shannon Stewart (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
