DYK for Salmond & Darling: The Debate
On 15 August 2014, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Salmond & Darling: The Debate, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that the television debate between Alistair Darling and Alex Salmond attracted 36% of viewers in Scotland? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Salmond & Darling: The Debate. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

New web site for Referendum
Thanks for all your work on the Referendum on Wikipedia.
If you can spare time, please take an advance look at www.wikireferendum.com. It is still being tweaked, but it seems to be working. I am looking for feedback before publicising it. Comments and criticisms will therefore be much appreciated. Pages named in blue have content. Pages in red don't, yet. Within the pages, you see purple text arguing against independence and blue text in favour. You are welcome to edit if you feel so inclined. ( At the moment, you have to register to do so, but it’s no hassle) Ragbin (talk) 14:13, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

Palmerston Park
Thanks for pointing that out. I updated the template and the documentation. I'm surprised that nobody picked up on the Stranraer error. CBWeather, Talk, Seal meat for supper? 15:25, 25 September 2014 (UTC)
John Finnie MSP
To avoid a constant reversion of each others edits in the Members of the 4th Scottish Parliament I thought it best if I explained, it can be cited that John Finnie MSP will continue as an Independent MSP until the end of the 4th parliament, quoting
'However, I think it would be wrong of me to sit as a Green MSP without you having voted for one.
So I will continue as an independent MSP until the end of this session of parliament next year.' [1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Humongous125 (talk • contribs) 17:38, 11 October 2014 (UTC)

Scotland Results Page
Scotland results 2000-2019 page.
Hi. I refer to this page every now and then and noticed that you changed the format of this page in February. Previously the page included information about goal times and the identity of opposition goalscorers, and was also colour coded for wins, draws and defeats. The update to the page now contains less information. What was your reasoning behind making what would appear to be a retrograde step in terms of information provided? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.250.133.172 (talk) 19:10, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for the reply. I'd argue that it's a featured list because of the content, not because of the layout, but I can understand why you've made the change. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.250.133.172 (talk) 10:47, 15 October 2014 (UTC)

DOB is always the preferred method of disambiguation, I have moved 'goalkeeper' back to 'born 1973'. GiantSnowman 14:35, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
