Hi hello

August 2024

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm DaxServer. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, it's important to be mindful of the feelings of your fellow editors, who may be frustrated by certain types of interaction, such as your addition to User:Arjayay. While you probably didn't intend any offense, please do remember that Wikipedia strives to be an inclusive atmosphere. In light of that, it would be greatly appreciated if you could moderate yourself so as not to offend. Thank you. — DaxServer (t·m·e·c) 19:09, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Extended confirmed permission removed

[edit]

Please note that I have removed your extended confirmed (WP:XC) permission per my comment here at your Rollback request. Making a rapid series of small edits to your sandbox in order to gain the permission is gaming permissions, per WP:PGAME. You did the same thing you did when you obtained autoconfirmed permission, creating an account, waiting 7 days, and then making 10 rapid edits like this to your user page within 3 minutes so that you could then immediately make this edit to another editor's user page, which is an unusual edit for an editor's first (substantive) edit. I highly suggest that you take time to make substantive edits in the mainspace before requesting permissions like extended confirmed or rollback. Thank you. - Aoidh (talk) 17:21, 16 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

On your comment at WP:RM/TR

[edit]

WP:RM/TR is one of the more technical venue for editors to request for help from others who have the WP:PAGEMOVER user rights to perform advanced moves. Such a comment:  Not done I tryes to move this page but showing errors, please ask administrators for move this page. should not be coming from editors like you who lack the necessary user rights. As such, I have hatted the comment as it is not constructive, and even may be confusing to others as it may seem that you have the necessary rights to carry out the move.

I suggest that you stay off the venue and other technical venues unless you are the one making a request or have something constructive to add to the discussion(s) there for the time being while you get yourself familiarised with normal content editing. Please don't give others reasons to find that you are not a net positive to the project by being non-constructive and/or disruptive to others and request a block on you from the project. – robertsky (talk) 15:43, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Rang HD per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Rang HD. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
