Don't be put off when it does get deleted. Instead, do read Wikipedia:Your first article and perhaps try making a few smaller edits to existing articles that need improving. It can also be worth you considering creating draft articles in your Sandbox and working on them before submitting them for inclusion. Hope this helps. I'll pop back in a bit and see how you've got on, though I suspect another editor may well flag it up for deletion before I do. Proposed deletion of Scent of an undiscovered writer

A very recently published book that doesn't appear to pass the notability criteria for books. There doesn't seem to be any evidence that the book was really reviewed by The Times of India or The Daily Times.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
