I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Draft:European Academy of Arts, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. I created the account EAAChantilly as a favor for my friend, Edvinas Minkstimas, who is the founder of European Arts Academy and under whom I have been receiving piano instruction for several years independent of EAA. In other words, I have been acquainted with him long before he founded EAA. I am not an employee of or otherwise have any affiliation with EAA, nor will I receive any compensation for creating a Wiki page for EAA. I believe that having the username EAAChantilly contributed to giving the impression that I was creating an advertisement and that this led to my being blocked. I hope that by changing my username to my actual name, it will be more clear that am not affiliated with EAA and that I want to create the page in good faith, so that I may have the opportunity to work on the page further to bring it more in alignment with your standards. Hello, I would like to request that I be unblocked in order to try to make some edits to the draft I created for European Arts Academy, which I think will bring it more in line with your rules. This is the first time I've ever drafted a Wikipedia page, so I used the Levine School of Music page as a template, thinking that this was the best approach to ensuring that I was complying with Wikipedia standards. However, upon reviewing my own draft, I realize that some of the words I chose lack the necessary level of objectivity. Also, I think I can include some more external sources from a local newspaper that will demonstrate that the material is factual and not meant as an advertisement. As I indicated in my request for a new username, I am not affiliated with EAA, but rather offered to create this page as a favor to my friend, Edvinas Minkstimas, who is the founder and director of the school.

Decline reason:

This username issue is now resolved. Regarding the block, you say you are not affiliated with EAA and then go on to explain your affiliation with them. This tells me that you don't understand the conflict of interest policy. You also do not describe topics other than EAA you might edit about.
