A tag has been placed on Category:Comic strips started in the 1920s requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as List of compositions by Fanny Mendelssohn, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images from either web sites or printed works. Hallo, Thank you for creating Gacha (fandom) . When you create an article like this with a "disambiguated" title, please make sure that the reader can find it from the basic name (ie Gacha ), by adding or expanding a hatnote, or adding the article to a disambiguation page. This helps the reader to find your article, and also reduces the chance of a future careless editor creating a duplicate article with a slightly different disambiguator. I've fixed this one. Thanks, and Happy Editing. PamD 08:18, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks User:PamD. I think I was distracted from the fact that bots or someone were already flagging it as problematic. You'd think after being here as long as I have, I'd have figured this stuff out by now. Unquietwiki (talk) 10:43, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Independent state legislature theory, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Charles Pinckney. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:01, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I'm combining these two for reasons that will soon become clear. First, this is a procedural decline since you are not directly blocked. Second, the best thing to do in this situation is skip the unblock process entirely and go to WP:IPECPROXY to request IP block exemption, so this won't be an issue. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:36, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hello, Unquietwiki

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Pppery, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've proposed an article that you started, List of OpenGL applications, for deletion because it meets one or more of our deletion criteria, and I don't think that it is suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.

If you wish to contest the deletion:

  1. Edit the page
  2. Remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. Click the Publish changes button.

If you object to the article's deletion, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the issues raised in the deletion notice. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Pppery}}. And remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. Thanks!
