It's not what you know. Those days are gone forever.

It's what reliable sources say. "All content must be cited from reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and have a reputation for fact checking." I see my colleague blocked you, but did not include your user name as a reason. IMHO, no unblock request will be complete without you choosing a user name more collegial.
