Santo Sorge

[edit]

Thanks. I have Pantaleone's book somewhere, I see what I can do. But go ahead if you want. - Mafia Expert (talk) 00:06, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Real Deal is not considered to be a reliable source, see Wikipedia:Verifiability. The quote probably is from Bonanno's book, better take it from there. - Mafia Expert (talk) 00:30, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I checked, it is not in Bonanno's book nor in Honor Thy Father by Talese. - Mafia Expert (talk) 00:34, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The quote is not from Bonanno, but from Mafia turncoat Joe Valachi, according to the NYT. That goes to show that the Real Deal stuff in not particularly reliable; this Jones character does not reference his sources. - Mafia Expert (talk) 02:54, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
