[edit]I'm sorry to bother you about this, but your username is really not acceptable. I politely ask that you file a request at Wikipedia:Changing usernames for something more human-readable.
Thank you, and I apologize for the inconvenience. DS (talk) 22:02, 20 July 2014 (UTC)
- I note that the above is about a previous username, and the advice was taken, as recorded in the page history. – Fayenatic London 10:45, 25 October 2016 (UTC)

[edit]I read your proposal at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2016_October_9#Category:Main_topic_classifications_and_Category:Fundamental_categories. I can' eeven understand what the new proposal is. Is there one or two rename proposals: just Fundamental categories to Category:Fundamental topic classification, or also Category:Main topic classifications to Category:Topic classification? Debresser (talk) 16:39, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
- @Debresser: One proposal, just fundamental. CN1 (talk) 19:13, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
- Thank you. I have just closed the proposal. As a keep. It was a worthy proposal though. Please read my closure, because apart from noting the lack of consensus for the rename, I made some additional comments, which you might find interesting. Debresser (talk) 20:16, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
A cup of coffee for you!
[edit]Your idea from July 2017 about Talk:Web_community#Merger_proposal:_Web_community_->_Online_community is a good one. The merge is complicated as there is a lot of content in those articles, but I think it should happen. Thanks for making the proposal. The discussion could have been closed a year ago by the procedure at Wikipedia:Merging#Step_4:_Close_the_merger_discussion_and_determine_consensus, but I suppose there is no reason to close it out until and unless we have the labor of someone who actually wants to merge the content. Category:Categories by geographical categorization has been nominated for discussion
[edit]Category:Categories by geographical categorization, which you created, has been nominated for possible deletion, merging, or renaming. A discussion is taking place to decide whether this proposal complies with the categorization guidelines. If you would like to participate in the discussion, you are invited to add your comments at the category's entry on the categories for discussion page. Thank you. – Fayenatic London 22:03, 22 February 2020 (UTC)
