Hello-I see you are trying to delete my page for Dr. John Buster because you believe it is advertising. I am not sure what I would try to be advertising for this man. He is a professional doctor who has done many noteworthy things in his career and should indeed be included in an encyclopedia. He developed and led the world's first embryo transfer that resulted in a baby!!A huge scientific break through. I am trying to work on my wording so it doesn't seem so advertising and more straight forward so please give me a chance on this or give me any advice you would have. OK, in that case, my first change was the correct one. It refers to a condition sentence in the present, which is conditional 2. Conditional 2 means the condition gets V2 (if he lived) and the result gets would+V1 (he would be 28). There is no such a conditional that goes 'He would be 28 if he had lived', it's a mix up of two different conditionals. Again thank you, and I hope it will be correct in the end. |
