Account Creation Interface access. While looking for ways to get back into helping contribute to Wikipedia, I've requested access to the Account Creation Interface. I advise you to read WP:ACCG before you use the system. At this time, you are allowed to create up to six accounts per day. You won't be able to create an account with a similar name to that of another user. However, if you have reached the limit frequently, you can request the account creator permission at WP:RPE.
