Hey, thanks a ton for the tips on the patrolling tags. It looks like I misunderstood the non-criteria and I'm sorry for wasting some of your time on that. I'm going to print out the criteria to keep next to me here since I run out of screen space too quickly with them all opened. Hey. I don't know if you saw the SPI case, but two checkusers were run, and both found that account to be  Confirmed as The Sisser. I'd advise against an unblock. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 00:46, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Understood, thank you for looking into it. --Bongwarrior (talk) 00:50, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

W. E. B. Du Bois

Can you remove the semi-protection from W. E. B. Du Bois? Thank you. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 01:45, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You should probably inquire with the original protecting admin, Acalamari. Because it was protected due to long-term vandalism issues, I would be inclined to leave it semiprotected even though it is about to be on the main page. --Bongwarrior (talk) 02:13, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oh I didn't notice that, sorry. Thank you. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:32, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

hey bongwarrior

Hello BongWarrior. I meant no disruption with the wikipedia article that you reverted (in fact, I wonder why indeed it was reverted as to my knowledge the edit was true). So, I am quite confused as to the message I got earlier Do you care to explain. Are you just high? Your name is afterall, Bong warrior. Haha. But I joke not, To my knowledge, the edit was correct. With earnest sincerity, --208.88.69.226 (talk) 05:06, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You wouldn't happen to be from reddit, would you?. --Bongwarrior (talk) 05:09, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Ive seen that name around but never actually cared to do research. So no, I guess. --208.88.69.226 (talk) 04:43, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Malicious code in NY 22

There's two revisions with that malicious code from that account you blocked. FYI, Imzadi 1979  05:16, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've hidden them. Thank you for catching it. --Bongwarrior (talk) 05:19, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

BONG

MY PAGE WAS LEGITIMATE. WHY WOULD YOU DELETE IT? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sappyjones (talkcontribs) 22:50, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cite Appletons'

Thank you for protecting {{Cite Appletons'}} from vandalism. A bot came around later and tacked on a notice that introduced a linefeed and caused the template to malfunction. In bulleted lists it swallowed the bullet. I edited {{Cite Appletons'}} to remove the linefeed, but the bot should be fixed. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 14:27, 20 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that the bot had tagged it, but I didn't notice that it caused any problems. I'll leave it for the bot operator to handle. --Bongwarrior (talk) 21:33, 20 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Kool-Aid

Sorry, I reverted the wrong version. --McSly (talk) 23:19, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A barnstar for you!

Nice. Never thought of replacing Beliebers with a redirect. Math321 (talk) 23:41, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Chinese places for deletion

Thanks for reverting that nightmare on my talkpage ;). Jaguar (talk) 15:58, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bots yes. You no.

Happy to be 'told off' by the bots, but not you. If you've got a problem with what I've done, tell the head administrator rather than make empty threats on my talk page. It doesn't make you big or cool. Thank you. 78.143.210.178 (talk) 22:17, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Don't add unreferenced material then about living persons. If what you said about the person is true then reference it or a bot or one of us admins will revert it. Unreferenced biographical material is something Wikipedia takes very seriously. It doesn't matter who tells you off, whether it's one of us admins or one of the computer scripts, if it continues then you will be blocked.--5 albert square (talk) 22:27, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Then why are celebrity pages littered with inaccurate information? I've heard so many celebrities make sarcastic remarks about their pages, e.g. "Apparently I was born in London. Well, Wikipedia says it, so it must be true", etc. Yet those edits are clearly allowed to stay unreferenced. I'm fine with the content of your message, but at least make it consistent. No doubt I'll get banned for criticising Wikipedia and telling the truth, though. 78.143.210.178 (talk) 22:38, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The solution certainly isn't to add even more unreferenced information. --Bongwarrior (talk) 22:40, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
What is the solution, then? Ignore it? 78.143.210.178 (talk) 22:49, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nope. Remove it, warn the offenders, and block if necessary. --Bongwarrior (talk) 23:29, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bad return

Hi Bongwarrior, he has returned and immediately jumped back into doing what he was blocked for. This person has never tried to engage with any of us on a talk page or seek admin help. I can't help but think that this is intentional trolling.

Yes, it certainly seems that way. --Bongwarrior (talk) 23:33, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
