Who is Ryan?

I joined Wikipedia in 2006 because, as any irresponsible 11 year old might do, I found something more fun to do when I should have been doing schoolwork. I can't quite remember now, but I assume I was researching something and stumbled upon the edit button. Some of my earlier contributions make me laugh nowadays, but rest assured my contributions are a bit more thought out now. I've recently returned after a decade-long hiatus, so you'll likely see me poking around with small grammatical changes, fixing formatting, or reverting vandalism.

Outside of Wikipedia... I'm an volunteer EMT, with a career in the printing & shipping sector. When I'm not running around like crazy at work, I enjoy flying RC aircraft, watching Star Trek, and spending quality time with my cat.

Somehow out of 48,314,398 users, I managed to acquire the username Ryan.
