Richard Kleiner is an enigmatic character. Being the Executive Producer for cheap, poorly made and unknown independent films by director Aldo Arancegui, his own personality is a mystery even for Arancegui himself. There are unverified rumors that he enjoys dressing as a gorilla and dance around, while being hit by cars. This isn't very reliable, since some have said he also enjoys to videotape himself doing these strange activities and posting them on the Internet, and there are no videos with this specific content anywhere to be found. There are also myths saying he is a serial killer, author of several deaths in Natucket, and using this as ideas for stories, that later he pitches to several studios. While none of these theories seem to be true, Richard Kleiner is in fact Arancegui's godfather, and an inconditional financial supporter for his godson's strange and unsuccessful film ideas.

He has been trying for several years now to pitch a script about a homosexual alien who falls in love with a robot, yet, no studio seems to pick up the idea.
