Hurricane Francine notes

  • Tropical Storm Watch issued from Barra del Tordo to the border.[9]
  • Sudden intensification due to waters five degrees warmer than usual.[9]
  • By Monday morning, Port O'Connor, Texas was already reporting flood conditions.[10]
  • Hurricane watches from Cameron to Grand Isle.[11]
  • Lafourche, Terrebonne Schools were closed. University Holy Cross, Grand Isle School, and Cabrini High School closed too.[12]
