Maple Mountain High School is a public school in Spanish Fork, Utah County, Utah. It enrols upwards of 400 students each year [3], and serves the Spanish Fork and Mapleton areas.

John Penrod is the Principal at Maple Mountain High, assisted by Assistant Principals David Knudsen and DeAnn Nielsen. The school has 6 counseling staff, 2 security staff, around 60 teaching staff, and a number of support staff and custodians. [2]

Nebo School District

Maple Mountain High lies in the Nebo School District, whose Superintendent is Rick Nielsen, and whose Assistant Superintendent is Stacey Stephanie. The Nebo District represents 42 schools, and in excess of 31,500 students.[4] The district has its own mission statement, which is:
