He puts his heart and soul on the line for his clients because he considers them family... is promotional and not neutral, objective language?Not a hit against just you personally, but I'm continually amazed by how many ad-men or publicity companies try to write themselves a Wikipedia article, but are so tone-deaf to what kind of phrasing and presentation is permissible that they can never get it published.
