- although he is portrayed incorrectly in the videos, there is still enough evidence to justify the notability of mordeth13 as an Internet personality and Vlogger.

BBC Complaints response
[edit]Thank you for your e-mail regarding 'Charley Boorman: Sydney to Tokyo By Any Means' broadcast on the 1 November. Having discussed your feedback with the production team, they have made contact with M13 directly. The term 'illegal street racer' was how he described himself at the time but as a gesture of goodwill, we have agreed to make changes to reflect accurately how he describes himself now. We have assured M13 that all versions of Episode 5 will be re-edited as follows: 1. The reference to 'illegal street racer' will be removed so that he is now referred to as 'video blogger'; and 2. Although he cannot be physically identified in any shot and at no time can any bike be identified as belonging to him, we shall pixelate any bike number plates which feature in scenes relevant to him. However - despite the commitment to re-edit, we are nonetheless of the opinion that his description was factually accurate. The Director and researchers were in direct contact with M13 during pre-production to discuss the idea of filming an illegal riding group of which he was a part. M13 discussed and agreed the schedule and filming planning with the Director and he was the contact between the production team and the other racers. We are aware of his blog and are satisfied we have done all we can to assure M13 that we have acted properly, and have guaranteed that we will re-edit as above. We would now like to assure you that we have registered your comments on our audience log. This is the internal report of audience feedback which we compile daily for all programme makers and commissioning executives within the BBC, and also their senior management. It ensures that your points, and all other comments we receive, are circulated and considered across the BBC. Thanks again for taking the time to contact us with your concerns. Regards BBC Complaints
