I often go by my online user-name "Gimli1357" (in conversation I shorten it to simply Gimli). I am an independent online film maker. I create videos on the online video hosting site YouTube for various video game related things. My first few videos were comedy short films, but I have progressed to making video guides for in-game awards on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One gaming consoles called "Achievements". However, I still make comedy short films fairly often and have hinted in my first video to a comedy series that will be know as "The Feud".
My very first video was a short film in the video game series "Halo". The video was called "Gimli1357's Channel", which was an introduction video for my channel. This first video was uploaded on April 10, 2011.
I often gets help from one of my friends when doing a Achievement guide, and more than one when doing a comedy short. One of the people who often helps in my videos has the online user-name Halo Freak2550 and is often referred to as simply Halo Freak. Halo Freak has been in many of my videos, especially the comedy shorts. The first of my videos that Halo Freak appeared in was named after him with the title, "Halo Freak likes to roam around"(which is based around Halo Freak singing the song "The Wanderer"), uploaded April 13, 2011.
The announcement of "The Feud" was mistakenly called "The Grudge" at first, but was later changed due to the fact that a movie already existed with the name "The Grudge". "The Feud" is going to be a comedy machinima series made in the "Halo" series. "The Feud" story is not completely decided except for the fact that "He punches an Elite." (the he being referred to is a Spartan) as quoted from myself in my first video. No character names have been released, but Halo Freak and I have decided on all of the names.
On Youtube, my full user-name is Gimli13579. But, I have stated many times that I hate the 9 attached to the end on my user-name. I have said that the 9 interrupts the flow in my name. Gimli1357 is simply "rolls off the tongue" easier.
