[edit]Social history of Sindh is full of various cultures and is represented in its traditional sports. These sports incorporate: Kabbadi d(a traditional Sindh sport). Basically Kabaddi involves tagging the singled out members of an opposing group using a part of one's body and breathing simultaneously whilst yelling "kabaddi" again and again. Similarly, Malakhra (the traditional wrestling wear in Sindh which can be dated back to tens of centuries ago). This game not only tests the physical mastery but also methods and technique. Other sports include Thipai Rand, Kodi Kodi, Biloor, Notinn, Cricket, Volleyball and football are also popular among the locals of Sindh.[9]

Ancient History of Sindh
[edit]Sindh people are the oldest civilization who lived in one of the earliest periods of the Bronze Age. The great dolens of Indus Stream Valley teemed with one of the oldest civilizations in the world called Indus Valley Civilization. UNESCO World Heritage site Mohen-jo-Daro, which is also known as the place for civilized urban development, including planning, design, and culture, is living proof of the creative achievements of this ancient civilization.[6][11]
