This user has publicly declared that they have a conflict of interest regarding the Wikipedia article William L. O'Neill.

The subject of this article is my grandfather, ergo I have a personal attachment to him. That being said, he is a noted historian and has Wikipedia pages that I did not create in other languages. Therefore, I view it fit to create for him a page in the language he spoke and wrote in. In this page I will use only information available to the public and I will cite the sources of that information.
