First of all, I would like to apologize for my my misleading statements on Friday and I hope you will accept my apology. Also, I think that we should make it clear that there is no reason why you need to ask the requester if he/she uses Twinkle or is in the CVU because none of these are requirements for getting the tool and many people don't have either one of these. Also, I think common sense prevails on NOTNOW requests, but we have to separate these from SNOW requests. So again, I hope you accept my apology for my statements that caused major issues and I hope we can move on and continue to eliminate the backlogs at WP: PERM.
