Born 3/1/71, was graduated from Amsterdam High School. Went on to study at New York University, where he was graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's of Art in Political Science and Spanish; law school at Columbia University, where he was a member of the Columbia Law Review; Masters in Public Administration from Columbia; worked as a law clerk for a private firm in Washington, DC, and then in New York. Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, and Washington DC. Specializes in civil liberties and 4th amendment rights; often takes cases pro bono. |
