Tulkibas or "Tyulkubas" (Kazakh: Түлкібас ауданы, Tülkıbas audany) is a district of Turkistan Region in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Turar Ryskulov.[3] Population: 106,582 (2013 estimate);[2] 95,468 (2009 Census results);[4] 86,465 (1999 Census results).[4]
