Nisha is tormented by strange sounds and a mysterious voice repeatedly warning her of impending death. Desperate for help, she turns to her neighbour, Sriram, a photojournalist working with National Geographic Channel. Sriram takes Nisha to a psychiatrist, Harsha, whose evaluation suggests that Nisha’s condition appears normal. However, the doctors suspect she might be suffering from schizophrenia.

During her sessions, Nisha reveals that the voice haunting her resembles that of Shankar, a man she encountered during a trip to an island. Determined to uncover the truth, Nisha, Sriram, and Harsha travel to the island forest in search of Shankar. They check into a jungle hotel, where they encounter Rajeev, an eccentric and enigmatic individual. The rest of the story unfolds as the group delves into the mystery, unraveling the connections between Nisha, Rajeev, Shankar, and others.
