Displaying just the Redlinks element of the template
[edit]Is there a way to use this template but to set how it displays on a given page to just expand one element, so that only the Redlinks section is expanded by default, with all the rest collapsed from view? The template offers a very succinct way to show all the routes in to finding redlinked topics. But for new editors at WiR events to whom we want to show these links, being collapsed by default isn't at all helpful. And the rest of the links are likely to be of lesser importance or even irrelevant. Maybe someone can point me to another version of this template that already achieves this? Or is there merit in creating one? Nick Moyes (talk) 15:07, 9 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Nick Moyes: Hi Nick. I've updated the template so that it points to Wikipedia:WikiProject Women in Red/Redlist index , which now contains the list, rather than a version of this template. Does that work for you? Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 17:01, 9 February 2018 (UTC)
- That works for me - thank you. I can envisage a situation where a footer template with small text laid like the original expanded bit of the template might also work, but I'm happy with that. I'll add the link to our forthcoming Editathon in Derby, UK. Regards, Nick Moyes (talk) 19:54, 9 February 2018 (UTC)

There seem to be a few of these [[{{{1}}}]] that show in the template, but don't match the rest of the formatting @MSGJ would you be able to take a look? It's a tiny thing, but I noticed it so thought I would mention it Lajmmoore (talk) 22:11, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
