Stray comma

[edit]

Daviddwd: I'm not sure if you've noticed, but the template displays a stray comma when using df=y, i.e.:

{{date range|1695|01|29|1697|08|09|df=y}} (1695-01-29) (1697-08-09)29 January 1695 – 9 August 1697

I'd attempt to fix it myself, but I reckon I lack the technical expertise. Jay D. Easy (t • c) 21:46, 13 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Jay D. Easy: Several years late but I think I fixed it! CWenger (^@) 20:22, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Date ranges within the same month or year

[edit]

@Daviddwd: Would it be possible to modify this template to automatically adhere to MOS:DATERANGE when the start and end date are within the same month or year? I'm a stickler for these things, and I hate having to remove the template to get it to display correctly. CWenger (^@) 18:58, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, took the plunge and did it myself! Apologies if I butchered your template. CWenger (^@) 23:36, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
