 – Changes accepted without debate for over a year.

1. As established in the episodes "Visitors from Down the Street" and "Ruling from the Tomb", the spin-off series "Crusade" takes place in 2267 and not in 2268. Specifically, "Visitors from Down the Street" takes place on May 13, 2267 (the X-File-ish subtitle showing the location and time in the beginning of the episode) and "Ruling from the Tomb" takes place on June 15, 2267 (text on the conference banner in the Mars colony).

2. The movie "A Call to Arms" most likely takes place in (late) 2266 instead of 2267 for several reasons: a) "The Lost Tales: Voices in the Dark" takes place in 2271, a few days/hours before the 10th anniversary of the Interstellar Alliance. b) In "A Call to Arms" no spescific dates are mentioned, but is established that it takes place shortly before the 5th anniversary of the Interstellar Alliance. If 2271 marks the 10th anniversary, the 5th anniversary was most likely celebrated in 2266. ;-) c) The Interstellar Alliance was founded in the penultimate episode of the 4th season of the series, which places it in late 2261. So, again, the 5th anniversary has to be in 2266 (and the 10th in 2271). d) As explained above, Crusade takes place in early/mid-2267. Crusade's pilot episode "Warzone" takes place shortly after the events of "A Call to Arms". So, "A Call to Arms" and "Warzone" have to take place in very late 2266 and/or very early 2267 (it's also possible that "A Call to Arms" takes place in late December 2266 and "Warzone" in early January 2267).

3. The events of the movie "River of Souls" didn't take place in 2262, but in 2263, as it was mentioned by one of the characters in the movie.

4. The "flashback" events of the movie "In the Beginning" most like took place from 2245 to 2248, based on four facts: a) The movie shows both the beginning and ending of the Earth/Minbari war. b) In a mid-season 3 episode of the series it was mentioned that the 15th anniversary of the war's start is due very soon. The episode takes place in 2260, hence the war started in 2245. c) In the 1st season it was established that the Earth/Minbari war ended 10 years ago. The 1st season took place in 2258. d) It was also mentioned in more than one episode (and in the movie "In the Beginning" itself, I think) that the Earth/Minbari war lasted for three years. This fits with the 2245-48 timespan.

Thirdspace

 – Just a note.

Good catch, MJBurrage. I had used an external FAQ that said that the film was "somewhere" between the two episodes I mentioned, but obviously those working on the Thirdspace article here have gotten more specific. — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 22:35, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, the continuity possibilities are disputed, at Talk:Babylon 5: Thirdspace#Chronology. I've changed the wording here to something more neutral, that does not rely on debated details. — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 22:47, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If the only debate is whether the film is set just before or during a particular episode, what was wrong with wording to that effect. —MJBurrage(TC) 01:17, 9 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
