This template is used to mark articles which need Syriac script to be added to them. It may be placed either on an article or on its talk page by typing {{Syriac script needed|date={{subst:CURRENTMONTHNAME}} {{subst:CURRENTYEAR}}}}.

When placed on an article it looks like this:
