The Japanese dub refers to Yusei's birthmark as the tail, whilst Episode 27 of the English Dub refers to it as the head. You can probably tell which one is which by looking at the Crimson Dragon itself, and it's not known whether the English dub's labelling is canon to the dub, or a mistake on the translator's part.
