This is a very good article about a 19th century Governor of Massachusetts. I reviewed it for accuracy and complete, encyclopedic content. It is informative, and has a neutral tone. The sources are reliable, and I could find neither evidence of plagiarism nor copyright infringement. There are frequent, verifiable inline citations. I believe this article meets all criteria for a GA per Wikipedia guidlines. Bill McKenna (talk) 01:22, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
