[edit]

Colors TV is a channel owned by Viacom 18. But it should have different article as other channels have like zee TV ,StarPlus and even channel owned by Viacom 18 like Colors Rishtey. Draft:Colors TV should be made an article. Prince 06:11, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

TV Channels table

[edit]

If we're going to restore the TV Channels table, we need reliable sources covering each channel and their connection to this collective. Jalen Folf (talk) 22:56, 13 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

JalenFolf, as you have removed the existing table citing lack of sources, would a WP:GENREF of viacom18.com suffice? See similar TV network tables such as Star TV (Asian TV networks)#Channels, Zee Entertainment Enterprises#Operated channels, Sony Pictures Networks India#Owned channels, etc. Every entry in the table is a bluelink and is assumed to be based on the reference of the corresponding official site. These are compilations of channel names. When there are additional notes, then we have additional citations. Otherwise, for reference can you point me to an article of a network where each channel is attached to a reliable source in the format you are expecting? Jay (Talk) 19:53, 15 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Jay, I’ve allowed for GENREF in the past, and am willing to do the same here. The ref provided above by Icecreamland is also good enough. Jalen Folf (talk) 22:58, 15 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Added back. I did not know how to use a WP:GENREF, so it is a regular inline citation for now. Jay (Talk) 18:14, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
