Proposed deletion

I have deleted the subject to deletion notice as I have added information to ascertain the notability factor of the Vancouver Island School of Art and I have also changed the tone to a neutral one. Rewrite

I have rewritten and re-referenced this article which had a promotional, unencyclopedic tone, was very poorly referenced, and out of date.
