[edit]For purposes of consistency with the other articles on territories of the US, I am removing the redirect to United States House of Representatives, Philippines At Large and adding a new aritcle with a consistent table of resident commissioners by congress. --G1076 01:29, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
Political Party Shading
[edit]I went ahead and removed the shading on the fact that the Residential Commissioners were members of parties that existed within the Philippine Islands during the US period that do not have shading designated for them for US Government Articles.--RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 14:17, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
