Previously deleted twice

[edit]

This has been deleted twice before, both times for copyright violations. See the logs. Hairhorn (talk) 20:04, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The web site http://www.usafband.af.mil/factsheets/factsheet.asp?id=7908 is a United States Air Force site, and is in the public domain. If there is a copyright issue with the current article, the specific source should be mentioned here. --DThomsen8 (talk) 18:22, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The relevant urls are in the logs, linked above, they are not military sites. I am not suggesting a problem with the current version of the entry. Hairhorn (talk) 19:22, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
So why mention it? --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 07:37, 30 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Why not mention it? This is the third creation and the same editor appears to be involved; copyright is a serious issue. If infringing content reappears, perhaps it can be caught faster this time. Whole templates are devoted to the fate of previous incarnations of an entry, this is pretty standard stuff for a talk page. Hairhorn (talk) 14:01, 30 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The previous deletion criteria do not apply here. If you feel the article should be deleted, then please consider just going ahead and applying the relevant template. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 03:40, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
When did I request or even suggest deletion? I just want other editors to watch out for copyvio additions. Hairhorn (talk) 03:45, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Citizen Airman inline citation

[edit]

I have added an inline citation to this article with a quotation from Citizen Airman, a USAF publication and therefore in the public domain. --DThomsen8 (talk) 13:50, 3 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
