Omar Muhanna Assault
[edit]On August 17, 2025, a man named Omar Muhanna claimed that he was assaulted by one of Scott's bodyguards in New York City. A lawsuit that is pending alleges that Muhanna suffered permanent injuries. Scott’s representative says that he was not present during the alleged assault but Muhanna claims that Scott was present at the time of the assault. A video that is part of the lawsuit filed by Muhanna's attorneys seems to show that Scott was present at the time of the assault. This lawsuit has been filed in New York County Supreme Court.
