Did the manufacturer write this? 92.15.26.152 (talk) 21:36, 19 December 2010 (UTC) Completely agree. Seems like sheer advertising. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.233.110.65 (talk) 16:02, 27 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

powdered milk!

[edit]

what, no mention of tiger's milk ITSELF?

this nutrition bar is a spinoff/successor to the original product, an actual DRINK of the same name. sold in powdered form in the 70s or so. u either added it to water or to regular milk, i can't remember. nor can i recall the taste. i'm guessing something like malt or egg nog.

it was quite popular tho, and considered a health food; the 1973 movie sleeper (woody allen) has a line about "wheat germ, organic honey and tiger's milk."

should be like half of the article!

but i will leave it to someone who knows more about this than i. i didn't even realize it had disappeared until 5 mins ago! 209.172.23.76 (talk) 03:32, 25 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, we used to drink Tiger's milk every AM back in the early to mid 1970s. I think we bought it in some health food store. We liked it! I'd give it another try if it was still available. It was a powdered mix. 184.6.185.109 (talk) 15:27, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is important information; I came here while watching that movie. (The bar makes no sense; the powder is obviously the reference.) Drsruli (talk) 08:12, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently Tiger's Milk has another meaning, not a commercial product: https://www.saveur.com/leche-de-tigre-recipe/ .Drsruli (talk) 08:19, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
