At present, there is no such thing as TPA as a sole channel. There are two distinct channels: TPA1 and TPA2. Initially, the situation was as described on the article but for some time now, TPA2 became a private TV channel owned by Semba Comunicações, a company whose major shareholders are José Paulino dos Santos and Welwitschia Tchizé dos Santos so, I suggest renaming this channel as TPA1. Please note that TPA1 is still running TPA Internacional which is directed at portuguese-speaking communities abroad.
