The article mentions that the Technical Coordinator be moved into the article about the National Traffic System.
The TC has NOTHING to do with the NTS organization. The TC is about helping section members with technical problems, not passing messages (which is the NTS) function. I'm an ex Section Manager and have spent more than a few hours with my section TC & STM so have an idea of the difference between the two!
