I'll put the review on hold now. Adabow (talk · contribs) 09:41, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
- Good work, I'll pass now. Adabow (talk · contribs) 22:44, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
Lead
[edit]- Mention release and recording details in body of article
- It is, its covered in Credits and Release, it doesnt need to be put in written form.
- You need something, a reference at least Adabow (talk · contribs) 22:42, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
- It is, its covered in Credits and Release, it doesnt need to be put in written form.
- Sometimes Lukasz Gottwald, sometimes Dr. Luke. Be consistent.
- I use Lukasz Gottwald twice in the article, once in the Lead and once under Credits, this is so the full name is known.
- I still don't agree with it, but as the GA reviewer for "Tik Tok" was OK with it I'll let it go. Adabow (talk · contribs) 22:42, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

- "Other critics felt the song was a strong, irresistible dance pop song strictly made for the dance floor with a great carefree message" - comma after 'dance pop song'
- Done
- Link dance pop. Auto-tune can be linked earlier than it is.
- Done
Writing and inspiration
[edit]- This section is quite short. Can I suggest you merge this with the 'Composition' section?
- '"Take It Off" was written by Kesha, alongside Dr. Luke, and Claude Kelly.' - don't need a comma after Dr. Luke
- Both issues done.
Composition
[edit]- The header for the audio sample would be better as "Take It Off". Regardless, the title should be enclosed by quote marks.
- Done
- The file is currently reading as 130kbps. Is this the same problem as you had with "Baby"?
- Audio is lower then original, the Audiowhatever wont let me lower it anymore. Myself and Candyo had the same issue with Baby.
- "Music reviewer Bill Lamb, commented on..." - don't need a comma after Bill Lamb
- Done
- "Lamb further commented that the lyrics drew similar reference to that of Lady Gaga's commenting," → Lamb further commented that the lyrics were to those of Lady Gaga's, commenting,
- What about the lyrics are similar to Gaga's?
- "Lamb further commented that the lyrics drew similar reference to that of Lady Gaga's commenting, "followers of Lady Gaga's Monster Ball Tour will be familiar with this point of view [about free expression].""
Critical reception
[edit]- "He was concerned with the overall lyrical depth and over use of auto-tune but he" - over-use should be hyphenated, comma after auto-tune
- Done
- with the volume turned up and the chorus encouraging you to "take it off," - a quote in a quote should have inverted commas, not two sets of quote marks
- I dont know what that means :P help?
- I did it :) Adabow (talk · contribs) 22:16, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
- I dont know what that means :P help?
- "He commented on the choice of the single noting" - comma after 'single'
- Done
- "He went on the give the single" → to give the single
- Whoopsies, Done

Chart performance
[edit]- I have spotted inconsistencies between this section, the table, and references. Please check all chart positions are accurate throughout.
- Oops, there was issues with New Zealand in Chart performance, has now been corrected. Done
- Ref 10 would look better at end of sentence
- Done
- Link Billboard Hot 100
- Done
- "In Canada, the song ascended and descended the chart for twelve weeks before finally dropping off the chart. On July 13, 2010, the song re-entered..." - give a date when the song first dropped off
- four-teen should be fourteen
- Done
- Is there a reason why you omit the NZ cert?
- Was certified after i nominated, didnt think to add it. Done
Music videos
[edit]- Is there only one review of the first video?
- All i could find unfortunately.
- Your main source for the second video has a review which is not discussed in the article
- Yes, but i dont use his for reviews on anything, good for composition and stuff but he's not very neutral, i have yet to read a review where he doesnt call her a drunk slut or something. His reviews arn't neural, if it wasnt published by NYC holding i wouldnt include it at all.
Live performances
[edit]- NBC and Today Show need linking. Today Show needs italics (note: it is called Today or The Today Show, not Today Show)
- Done
Credits and personnel
[edit]- Links?
- Done? i think, trying to avoid overlinking
References
[edit]- Billboard has been owned by Prometheus Global Media since Dec 09
- That was a pain in the ass, Done :)
