CD+DVD?

TVXQ has albums (and singles) in different versions. Most of the versions include a DVD along with the CD; while others have more versions available (ex: O-Jung.Ban.Hab. has over four versions). Should we include these in the Discography?

I think you should just make 1 album for same tracklists, and ignore promotional content differences. (e.g. Pick from 3rd Album A or B, and C or D.) -ytlow

C/D have a slightly different tracklisting than A/B. That should be noted.

Album tracklist are listed in each korean and japanese album page. So do we still need to include the tracklisting column in TVXQ discography?

Oricon Index Numbers

It's important to note that the index numbers posted on the Oricon top three are multiplied by 1.7 in order to get the actual physical number of sales.

Yes, this is a very good and important point brought up. The sales numbers presented in ORICON are SALE POINTS. Not the actual copies sold. To count the points out to be real (estimate) sales numbers, you have to take the album-points on the Oricon site and times it by 1.70 and the singles-points times 1.75.
