Feedback from New Page Review process
[edit]I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: I am marking this as "reviewed" since it is a decent enough overview of a topic that could count as notable. However, I would urgently recommend upgrading the sourcing, in particular to establish that this is a notable proposal. Ideally, that would mean academic papers discussing it but news sources would also suffice. In its current form, I am not confident that this article would survive getting nominated for deletion.
