Any known Ulster Scots dialect name for Camloch?

[edit]

Is anyone aware of any source for an alternative placename in Ulster dialects of Scots? Brocach (talk) 22:48, 24 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You can just say Ulster-Scots, it's the same thing as "Ulster dialects of Scots", though I only know of one dialect :-D To be honest unless there was a significant Scottish settlement in the south Armagh area I'd doubt it would have an Ulster-Scots name. If I remember correctly, the Gaelic-speaking Catholic Irish in the 18th century attacked any Ulster-Scots Presbyterians that tried to settle in southern Armagh... but you never know.
