Origin of phrase

The article states that "The term was coined by Dr. Stuart Grauer in 2012 in the story, Succotash and Standardized Teaching." But Maurice Holt had been writing about "slow school" since at least 2002, and discussion of his writings used the phrase "slow education" at least as early as 2005.
