Merging into Roman litigation

[edit]

I doubt this would be a good idea. A polished article on Roman litigation would be pretty long, and if the senatusconsultum Macedonianum were to be included, it would probably be good for the sake of consistancy to include the other Senate decisions too. That would probably make the article too long. There are also the various legis actiones, etc. Finally, I bet there is enough interesting information out there on the senatusconsultum Macedonianum to allow the article to stand on its own. modify 18:17, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Title

[edit]

Why was the article moved from its proper title of "Senatus consultum Macedonianum" to the current erroneous version of "Senatusconsultum Macedonianum"? There ought to be a space between "Senatus" and "consultum". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.132.51.93 (talk) 07:08, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
