Not that I really know anything about this fellow but I believe he is more commonly known as Santorio Santorio. This is also implied by the first line of the article as it stands right now. violet/riga(t)23:52, 30 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Santorio was Italian, most notably Venetian, the name Svetina is a complete invention. Please do not modify this article without knowledge of the life and work of this chap: I added references to the latest available scientific research on him and both name and data as reported here are wrong.
