It is unclear what the source is for the article content. No citations are used. If the external link - Duke University Biography is 'the source' it should be cited. I was unable to find a reference on in the Duke Bio material supporting this: "He was a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a director of the American Judicature Society."
