Resident Evil: Outbreak: File 2

They forgot to add the End of road Scenario in Scenarios.

End of the Road

[edit]

I added a description for End of the Road. Could someone proof-read it for me? YokoSuzukiFan1992 09:48, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't know that Carter was the guy who gave Yoko the Desert Eagle. Are you sure about that? Apart from that, it all looks fine. Gamer Junkie 10:25, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm pretty sure it is. The hair is the same, they're roughly the same size and it would explain his connection to Yoko. And if someone could link the Yoko's name to her page, I'd appreciate it.YokoSuzukiFan1992 02:41, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Not necessary. It's linked elsewhere in the article. Gamer Junkie 04:06, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Character and sales sections

[edit]

I've been looking over the characters section, and I'm seeing a lot of fanfiction additions. I'll be removing the sales section as I couldn't find the sources I originaly used to base the sales off of. Suda51

What tense is the page meant to be written in?

[edit]

Some parts present, others past. I changed some (the 'Features' section) to work in Present tense as I felt the game is always going to 'exist', but now I'm not so sure... Nakatomi 14:49, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This article has been edited, reverted, vandalised and chopped down so many times, by so many people that it's no longer possible to ascertain the original description and preference of style. I re-wrote a lot of this article some time ago, then it was cut and re-written by somebody else who focused on only the characters section and changed the tense. This has likely happened many times since. If you intend to edit and repair the entire article, go ahead and uniform it in whichever manner you deem appropriate. da Deleted Scenarios

[edit]

i ma aware there were supposed to be 20 scenarios in the game but doesn anyon eknow what they were to be called? on the page about Tyrant modles theres this part...

"T-104 Tyrant, another variation of the T-103, was characterized by its purple complexion and protruding facial horns. While the T-104 was more powerful and dexterous than the T-103, it lacked adequate endurance and stamina. The T-104 tyrant was only seen in the "Showdown 3" scenario in Resident Evil Outbreak: File 2. "
just wondering... is there a deleted scenario of a similar name or was this just Vandelism.OsirisV 15:00, 17 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

desperate times,before decisions,decisions

[edit]

the desperate times is before decisions, decisions when george finds the peters note. On outbreak story line desperate is on the night of the las day of racoon city(the day before the nuke).this i think make posible that car be driver by leon and claire —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.58.205.41 (talk) 23:45, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Desperate times is set on the 27th, whilst Decisions, Decisions in on the 1st of october (early hours). Desperate is on 27th or maybe 28th, because in Biohazard 3 which starts on the 28th Jill sees Marvin injured and unable to move, meaning tht between a day or an hour has passed since File 2s scenario. Also it can't be Leon + Claire as they get to Raccoon City on the 29th. This means that it could be anyone in the car, just not those 2.OsirisV 15:40, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Also it is said to have been an RPD shelter, the RPD could have moved to a different area, and with the all the Guns lying around, they'd have a large supply to defend.OsirisV 15:42, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Data Transfer

[edit]

Does this happen to all...

I get Outbreak + file #2. Do a couple of scenarios on Outbreak, then on File #2 i use the transfer. I get File #1 Costumes on File #2. But on File #1 i get ALL of the movies on its game.OsirisV 20:00, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copyediting

[edit]

By Jaimaster

[edit]

Gave it a brush over. Article really needs some work with someone familiar with the content to build the article up into being about RE:O:F2 and not merely describing the differences between F2 and RE:O. As it stands little of this article is of much value unless the reader first reads the RE:O article. Surely there were more changes to the content than just an ugpraded adlib system and a new multiplayer lobby? Jaimaster (talk) 06:25, 15 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

one of the edits was the ability to move while in an attack stance (works best with a handgun, to be able to walk and shoot) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.246.2.9 (talk) 19:16, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I added quite a few non-breaking spaces to dates and country/continent names, as well as correcting several punctuation errors (commas where semicolons should be). I also tagged the article with the original research and {{More footnotes templates, as it appears to have been written by someone with a personal knowledge/experience with the subject (say, a gamer who has played the game themselves). This is not a problem in and of itself; however, it is important that inline citations be given to establish the neutrality and verifiability of the information in the article. Finally, I tagged the article as needing expert review. This is solely for the purpose of clarification of a few points I thought could be better worded, but was cautious about misinterpreting. To point out where and what I am proposing, I added invisible text formatted < ! - - like this without the spaces in the markup - - >, which can only be viewed when editing the article. Please delete it after making a decision on these wordings. Bronsonboy (talk) 20:56, 23 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

To the various IP editors expanding this article

[edit]

Hi,

Mr T reverts your edits because they are simply too large. This article should not be more than a few pages in length, and does not need to include a description of every single event that happens within the game.

What the article does need is to be expanded into a stand alone article that could be understood by someone who has not read the original RE:O article itself. Instead of wasting all those keystrokes on something we must revert as overlong fan-based waffle, can someone who knows the game well instead bring this article to the point where it might stand alone? Multiplayer Servers

[edit]

Capcom has stated (noted it in the RE:O port thread on the official capcom site) that the servers were only taken down because the server company was going out of business, not because they thought they should be closed, (I cant find the exact page in which Twiggy (forum mod at the capcom forums) stated this but I did add it onto the section about multiplayer on the page, and will look to find the page in which it was stated and put that as the source. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.246.2.9 (talk) 19:19, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
