This article seems written almost exclusively based on the 1980 paper by Thorne/Braginski/Vorontsov. Much more progress has been made since then, and I also worry whether all of the definitions are correct. For example this wiki article states [A(t_i), A(t_j)]=0 <==> the measurement is QND, but in the source cited, only the forwards direction is proved and it seems suggested that the converse may not even be true (see paragraph after equation 5b). doublefelix921 12:32, 5 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Is this the same as Weak Measurement?

Some QM experiments in recent years have been using Weak Measurement, which is a kind of statistical way of detecting eigenvalues without disturbing the quantum system being measured. One interesting result is confirming the predicted Bohmian deterministic paths of particles through the double slit experiment, from slit to screen. Is this the same thing as Quantum nondemolition measurement? If so, should we add this to the article? David Spector (talk) 00:55, 26 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
